General Admissions and Requirements

Our approach to implementing individual education plans.

Children Ages 4-22 years old at the time of enrollment

The parent / Guardian must fill out and authorize for the student to be fully evaluated by the certified professional at the school.

Complete School Application and documentation required

Vision and Hearing Documentations/Medical Information. Full documentation of medical diagnosis, evaluations, Individual Education Plan (IEP), and Section 504 individual accommodation plan (IAP).

Provide certification of funding from the following Florida Scholarships based on the students’ needs:
a. McKay Scholarships
b. Gardiner Scholarship
c. Hope Scholarship
d. Family Empowerment Scholarship
e. Florida Tax Credit Scholarship
f. Opportunity Scholarship
